Q: I have a water feature that stopped working. I think the pump is out (but it is only a couple of months old), what should I do?

A: First thing to do is check if there is water in the holding pond. Next, check the outlet - is pump plugged i? If so, check to see if the GFCI did not trip. If it did, reset it and the pump should work.

If not, check to see if debris is clogging the pump, if so, clean pump and holding pond. If it still does not work, you will probably need a new pump.
