Q: How often should I schedule maintenance visits?

A: It depends on several factors: size of the property, amount of plants, amount of gravel areas, how clean you want your yard to look, etc.

The minimum visit for a maintenance contract is 3 man hours once a month. This is only suggested for a small yard that the owner will help maintain between visits.

We suggest 3 man hours every two weeks as a minimum for an average sized yard with an average amount of plants. If you want a spotless yard we can visit once a week for 3,6, or even 9 man hours to give your yard the look you want.
