Q: Is there any way to reduce the pollen coming from my juniper and pinion trees? I love them but they make my allergies get so bad

A: There isn't much you can do, to be honest. One thing we have heard some people doing is wetting down the tree with water every few days. Water inactivates pollen and washes the pollen from the tree to the ground. Just be aware that you are still going to get pollen floating around while you do this and we do live in the desert with drought issues!
