Transformation Tuesday: Patio Makeover

Our client had an overgrown fenced area that needed a refresh while keeping their beautiful flagstone patio and three New Mexico Privets. They asked for a low-maintenance solution that would prevent future overgrowth.

We designed a seamless transformation, connecting the previous Transformation Tuesday's dry river bed to this project, allowing us to completely divert water out of the backyard. We added Brakelight Yuccas, Goldfinger Potentillas, and Butterfly Bushes for a pop of color, while spreading 3/8" Santa Fe Brown gravel over a weed barrier for easy upkeep.

With a few character stones to complete the look, this space is now a serene patio retreat. The client is thrilled and excited to enjoy their patio once again!
